I have noticed that the pint samples of Ben paint do not shake well in our can shaker. Put them in the shaker for 1:30, then hand shake them for about 30-60 seconds. This seems to be sufficient to get the paint mixed well enough for the color to match the sample.
Please try and be better about putting up and removing blue and green dots. I went through the mason jars yesterday. Almost all the counts were off and most things that had a blue dot were not backstocked, and vise versa. Go through your aisles this week and take your time checking backstocked items and what should/shouldn't have a blue or green dot.
