Please be sure to use your headset. It makes all of our lives easier with just that little bit of communication. Cashiers: please call out customers that are 'on a mission' and who wants help and with what. If they sneak by, call it out over the headset. Associates: please copy right away if you are free, don't wait to see if someone else will take the call. I know calls get copied over from time to time, but I would rather two of us both going to help the same customer because we copied over each other versus both going to help because nobody copied the call.

Bert took his Saint Bernard to the vet.
