Ben Moore Mistints

When a can of ACE brand paint (Essence, Royal, Clarksington) is mistinted, I take it out of inventory and get credit from ACE.  When a Ben Moore paint is mistinted, there is a different process to receive credit for the unusable paint.  Therefore, if a can of Ben Moore paint becomes a mistint, I will need whoever mixed the paint to write a brief synopsis of why the customer did not buy the paint (a few sentences) and tape it to the mistinted paint can(s).
