BLOG UPDATE

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to update everyone on the weeks happenings. As everyone knows we are working hard in our aisles. Fronting and facing, Down Stocking, Checking for zero outs, Making sure items are on the correct bin tag. The expectation is by next week we are a well oiled machine when it comes to aisle assignments and the aisles are in perfect order.


Be on the lookout for To-Do lists. As we have been much slower we are looking to take advantage of this and get things done that we may not otherwise be able to do when we are busy.


Another thing we are looking to hit on while we have been slower is BUILDING THE BASKET. This was something that was touched on in the Ace training.  As we assist our customers we have to be thinking BUILD THE BASKET.  Asking the right questions to possibly uncover additional needs, Making sure they have the correct tools or anything else needed to make sure that they can complete their project.

Our daily budget is $5300, That is important for everyone know during the season we are in. Thus, we are thinking BUILD THE BASKET to help reach that daily goal.
