Everyone,
Please remember to utilize your headsets properly. This includes acknowledging callbacks from the cashiers as well as reporting your location should you have to step off the floor for whatever reason. If you are able to assist a customer, please remember to 'copy' so as to avoid multiple employees assisting the same customer. Please keep transmissions brief and to the point. As a reminder, all side projects (truck included) are to be put on hold in order to 'copy' calls and assist customers. No exceptions!
And a reminder, all employees are to remain in uniform until management gives the ok to leave at closing. Standing around and conversing after closing will not be tolerated. This time is to be used to properly clean the store and prepare it for the opening shift.
