From now on, no employee is to be behind the behind counter unless you are mixing paint. We have recently had several items stolen from aisle 10 on several different occasions. This is unacceptable. Customers should be escorted to the aisle and an associate should stay with them until they have found what they needed. If the customer says that they do not need any help, stay in that aisle and front and face, dust...whatever.
Nick: Screens, screens, screens. We need to start cranking these out. The weather isn't supposed to be that great so you should be able to get a lot of these done.
Dan: Continue working on the promotion. Anything that is not on sale but still on an end cap should have a bin tag. If it's not too bad out please hang the sale banner and the Weber banner (in the office) outside.
Brian: Please clean both bathrooms and the lunch room. Spend some time in your aisles down stocking and fronting and facing. This time of year this is a very high traffic area. Also please make sure blue dots are 'updated'.
Ryan: Your aisles are plumbing (12-15). Please spend some serious time in them. Have someone help you if it's slow.
Caryl: There are some items from the paint sale that we are out of on the shelf. There are totes over in receiving, please pull the items to fill the shelf. Also if you would please go over special orders and store transfers with Mary and Ryan.
Remember, if we are out of an item check to see if we can get it from another store on transfers or special order it!!
