On the corkboard just to the left when you go in the back door of the rental building is a corkboard where we put the completed repair forms. If we have a Hillman special order (nuts/bolts), we put the paperwork on this corkboard on the right side marked "Hillman". Twyla will make sure it is ordered when she comes in. Therefore, when we get a Hillman order, be sure to check the special order board and pull whatever boxes are special ordered instead of putting them out as stock. Make sure to call the customer if you are the one who pulls the item/s, and put the boxes/item with the paperwork on the will call shelf. If you have any questions, ask a manager.
